Benelli 1130 for sale

Photo: www.jamescheadle.com

This is my bike. I'm the only ever owner. I rode it from Spain to the Gambia in Africa, then shipped it back. It has:
One-off Nitron race-spec shock, new Avons, new Renthal sprockets and chain, QD titanium end can, Dynojet Power Commander, Ilmberger carbon rear hugger, factory panniers. It has had a life, but only done 8000 miles. The spares package includes (all brand new): radiators, sidepanels, mirrors, clutch plates and steels, fat bars, throttle assembly and more...
It's in good condition and runs well, but the right hand rad was bent in a fall in the Sahara in Mauritania. You can see the mark the auxiliary fan left its mark. 12 months MoT. £3200. You won't find a cheaper one, and that's because of it's history, but you know it all.

  1. Is that a 914 lurking in the background of the garage?

  2. McQ, you leave a comment getting me all excited and you're just kicking my tyres. That's cruel. And no, not a 914, a 912.

  3. Sorry Gary - on two counts. If I recall correctly, the 914 was the VW Porsche which was a completely different shape to the 911'ish 912 wasn't it? And now, I've just got your hopes up again of a punter for the Benelli too!

  5. But I presume that's the later model which has the G series 911 bodyshell?
