Dirt track in France

The Dutch Brothers have tried out a track in Macon, France and say it's amazing. We're getting a lot of interest en Francais, and no one can organise a bike based party like them (Bol d'Or, Le Mans, Le Touquet, Classic Bol, Coupe Moto Legende...) so we're hoping someone gets excited about running a race there.
If you want more details contact the Dutch Brothers (who speak English and probably French.)

  4. I'm with you on that Outtacontrolla-where in the South are you? Wouldn't mind getting something started down here (Dorset) too. Got a house in France, so an event there would be awesome!

  5. You English guys want to check where Macon is before yo get too excited. Short track Uk tried to run races in the South, but none of the softies came out to race.
Rye House, in Herts next year. Not much better for Dorset, I admit.

  6. I've ridden Croix tarmac a few times, its fun - & no noise restrictions either.

Macon is over to the south east above Lyon.

Am now in the process of trying to buy a old farmhouse with a widow-maker back garden down south. If it comes off, we may just have to organise a bit of a cross-country championship this summer!

  7. Good luck with the farmhouse-nuisance about euro/pound. How about a TT course-I'd bring my Triumph down for that!

  8. Now this one is pure fantasy, but its good to dream...

Do a flat track tour of France riding the many dirt 'mile' (equivalent) horse tracks (à la Del Mar) that are scattered all over the country.

Shame it's a bureaucratic impossibility. Just imagine.
