£795. People have won vintage championships in the USA on these. We've got one as a project bike. Thanks to Andy Beckett for the tip-off. I've remembered now that he is one of the blog readers who sent in shots of the Mule in the UK. Thanks again, Andy.
Honda FT5000 ASCOT very rare! For Sale (1983)
How many horses would one expect to get out of one of those?
ReplyDeleteI like the look of the engine a lot. But isn't it terribly slow?
/D
starter motors on them are prone to packing up so best to convert one of these to kickstart to prevent hours of buggering about....
ReplyDeletearound 35 standard. top notch builders in the states reckon to have had over 55 !?@! short life expectancy at that I reckon. Rare ? there's another one on UK e-bay at the minute, in Lincoln Gary !! - they seem to appear in little flurries with large gaps between.
