No Harley™ fan per se, but I do like this 50s K mash-up. (robbed from our from our Italian chum Otto Nero's blog). From brake-less skinny Ceriani forks, double-barreled modernish Mikunis ready to broadside the enemy, modern PM(?) rear caliper, to cheap after-market XR style seat and tank, but then sheathed in a classic full fairing. Looks to be a land speed bike. You can see the class letters on the air box in the first picture. MPS-VF 500-4 would probably be a class for ECTA at the Maxton mile in North Caroline. MPS is Modified stock frame with Partial Streamlining. VF is Vintage Fuel which is any engine produced prior to 1956 and running anything other than gasoline fuel. And 500-4 is 500cc four stroke. The record is 106.426 in the mile, which was set this year by this bike. Nice ride!
