SB#7 cover story. The first time in the history of flat track racing that a Kawasaki has won a national Mile race. And Bryan Smith didn't stop his record racing there...BP
We know what you're saying, 39, but the more we found out about this bike, the more we thought it was an underdog. It was a dirt cheap, secondhand hound, it had a streetbike frame and was built on a real budget beating the combined might and experience of all those XR750s. So, yes, an underdog however classy the guys involved in it were.
All due respect, Bryan Smith wouldn't be an underdog on anything with 2 wheels and an engine, particularly with Bill Werner doing the wrenching....
ReplyDeleteYes that team's Top Dog, look at the history, and who's involved

ReplyDeleteAnd besides: it makes for a much better headline...:-)
ReplyDelete#7 finally reached Croatia. It feels great even touching the covers, let alone reading the thing.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the sticker!
