The launch party is seamlessly intertwined with a brand new solo art exhibition by Stevie Gee.
Never peeped before art, customised weapons and the Stevie Gee x Sideburn Z200 cover bike (built by the mighty CFM) - pore over the details of this mini-meisterwerk. Plus music, booze, limited edition swag to buy, interesting people saying daft things, prizes to be won...
The event takes place at the Old Truman Brewery, just off Brick Lane with the venue then becoming a pop-up art gallery/shop until Tuesday. Yeah, a Stevie Gee/Sideburn pop-up shop in the best city on Earth. Whatever next?
We plan to have some other events going on in the shop so keep them peeled. G
Thanks to Vans + Kraken Rum + Ruby Helmets.
Best city on earth? You've changed...
ReplyDeleteI'm changing all the time. Learning. Adapting. Not sticking to things I thought were certain when I was 20. I see it as a good thing. G
ReplyDeleteI like Portland, Bristol and Buenos Aires, too. G
ReplyDeleteNew mag looks brilliant, hope the launch is a successful hoot, you big cockernee butterfly.
ReplyDeleteBongo Campout?
ReplyDeleteHi Anthony, That sounds like the name of one of Stevie Gee's characters. Or a band we tried to book to play the party. I know the message was for Dan though.
ReplyDeleteGary
Now that's a party I am really gutted to be missing. Stevie art then after the festivities good curry and the Rough Trade store within yards? Best city on earth indeed. Please take plenty of pictures.
ReplyDeleteYeah Bongo Campout. I wanna see them live for sure!
