Ever wondered how they make Danish pastries?
While in Copenhagen recently, to do a story on the Wrench Monkees for SB#2, we stood in their workshop drowned by pint glasses of coffee (no dinky cups, or mugs for these animals) and watched our hosts serve up the national speciality, freshly made on their bench-mounted Bosch CSB500RLE. Delicious.

The relationship between bike fettling time and food passes most people by - but your pic brings it into perspective. I find most workshop sessions to be frenzied and highly charged marathons which can leave one exhausted and a little feint - a pint of coffee and high fat pastry can be a life saver. Keep up the good work.
