Francoise

GI just recommended me this funny film Moonrise Kingdom, from The Royal Tenenbaums director Wes Anderson. Most of the score is from classical British composer Benjamin Britten, so when this Francoise Hardy record is played on the modest Barrington portable it's even more poignant. BP

Are there some motorcycles in this movie? That would make it more poignant-er!

there is a moped in the film - a Honda CL90 (or possibly a Yamaha YG1 80?) that ends up in a tree.

Who cares about motorcycles when you are thinking about Francoise Hardy?

It's amazing nowadays to think that a chopped up Yamaha YG1 80 the start of many a budding motocrossers career in the UK c70s before the days of purpose built kids motocross bikes.
