Chopper Dave's Loud Fast Rules is one of the first blogs I ever came across and I visit regularly. Dave loves dirt track and speedway, he's raced a bit, and was at Pomona shooting. He posted a photo of someone in a Sideburn Gene shirt. Who are you, mister?

Hot damn, that's me and my shirt! Wish in fact it was a third dude seen mit Sideburn wear but that is me talking to David Lloyd - the Agip easy-up is theirs - just before I took the snap that I sent to y'all in "Sideburn at Pomona 1". The red and white canopy at three o'clock sheltered that Wood/BMW bike. You can just make out the ass end of the Ducati at nine o'clock.
I'm sure there is at least a third and fourth Sideburner who was in the crowd somewhere. Wish I had met up with either this photog or the other dude in the Gene shot, we could've toasted to the mag - 'cept they didn't allow beer in the pits!
