That's a Ray Hensley (Trackmaster) oiler hardtail frame - so much nicer than the stock item even though they don't command the same prices. For me, that looks like pretty much the spec I'd go for if I were to take the plunge on a Goldie...
Is it over here or over there being ridden in Vintage series?
