tits oot
Anybody got any info on this? It's a sticker on a Wood-Honda 450 that will appear in SB#3. BP
Here's an up-date (inc the lower two photos) from Agent A McQ :
Here's the Widman decal in situ on my [DAMN GORGEOUS WILL GET AN SB FEATURE AT SOME POINT] XR oil tank. You can see the drains, breathers, separators and plumbing for the oil system (cooling rather than lubing) - Bill Werner's tuning notes show that Sid Carlson wrang this iron mutha's neck up to 8000rpm - and it got hot!

YEAH BABY!
make some stickers!!!
someone was selling those on ebay once upon a time...
http://www.widmanmotorcycle.com/
sDo you think the artist had in mind a Bantam or similar - the forks are so skinny they're either girders or bent (bantam) - very hefty looking front mud guard will ensure the front wheel stays planted. Very poor ground clearence - apart from that I can't help much.
- Atticus
Yes those nips are looking mighty perky in the breeze!
- Giannis
yep we better contact the shop for a hand-out
- dur Mick P
that wasn't too difficult was it?!
A websites that feature pussy cats & Country 'n' Western music - classic!
- Diplomat those forks are tooth-pick thin, but if Ms T.O. can wheelie the whole race it shouldn't be a problem.
BP
Yep - I've got one on the oil tank of my iron XR. Earl Widman was a H-D dealer, big in the AMA and fabricated the early XR frames for the Factory raceshop. Allan Girdler gave me my one - he has one on his XR too.
Apparently, the naked breasts and perky nips are aerodynamic aids and gain a couple of seconds per lap...
We can always count on Agent McQ.
Who definitely deserves a sticky bun for this info.
Are these stickers still being made? Or was this in the oldendays?
Please can you Email us a decent snap of the indecent gal?
I thought aerodynamic aids were banned by the AMA?
Yes Gary - the AMA Competition Congress (which I think included Mr Widman) banned tits as aerodynamic aids at the same meeting at which they permitted overhead valves for machines over 500cc. They were reluctantly forced into this decision because many top riders were being pressured by sponsors (eager for results) to have implants.
