And a whole lot more. Working with fibreglass or anything related is yucky. You have to be mad to work with it, and the more you do the madder you become. Every time I have made something (seat hump plug for my Zagato Guzzi, hump and tank plug for the OB1 Guzzi, and assorted one-off parts in carbonfibre), I swear it will be the last.

Yep GRP is a time consuming, spendy, unapologetic bitch.
It is also a strain to any relationship. Unless you're afflicted with six copies of the DIY gene in your DNA, you're almost always time and money ahead to search for a local metal basher to add to the Rolodex.
