Good advice



Spotted in Brighton. What's Britain come to when people need to be ordered NOT to sleep in a wheelie bin? This isn't a one-off, it's on every bed-sized bin in the popular seaside resort. GI

I think in Brighton you are supposed to sleep in the bin with your arse hanging out of the flap.
