Look, Signal, Manoeuvre

I can't believe I've not seen this before. It's one of those hugely patronising public information films and probably had the opposite effect of the one intended by its makers in 1965. Come on, we'd be the one on the Triumph Tiger Cub hammering round the woods, surely? A great bit of social history - the newsagent's is straight from my youth. Click full screen and select a higher definition - the quality is pretty good. Anybody else spot goody-goody Tom's blunder at about 5m 30s? MP

I think Tom was quite correct not to stop - I'm sure she was dithering ...

Also - well done Tom - you should always visit your friends in hospital, it's a motorcycling thing.

loving the repeated motif of the timeclock and zoom in on the dreaded 'works keeper'.

If you really wanna feel patronised - watch BSB on sky and see the "road safety" bullshit campain telling us we do it to ourselves (nothing to do with cars pulling out or diesel on the roads )F**** off .

Nearly knocked me granny over in Rayners lane. Nothing wrong with tommys mate. just a bit shy on observation. And as you see he was first at the hospital. (that was were they were going right?)
