What have I done?
I was content with the bikes I had. Didn't want any more or less. Then Sideburn reader Chris emailed to ask if my Guzzi was for sale. It wasn't. But the seed was sewn. Anyway, I thought about it, then forgot about it. An offer came in. Then a bigger one. A week later and it's gone. I hadn't ridden it for about six months, but put a new battery on it last night and it started like a brand new bike. I thought I'd never sell it. I'd owned it for nearly nine years. I'm not sure if I'll regret it, but it's gone and I've got some cash to spend on the Black Arrow. Time to move on. G

that's the way it go's gary, felt the same about letting my ducati go to finance the mz racer, gutted at the time but needs must, made me get my finger out and get the sporty project sorted, but, guess what?, still haven't got enough money to go racing.......
The Guzzi was a beautiful Guzzi, but there's only going to be one 'Black Arrow'ripping across the world....
wahheyy cooky. Yea btw I can't seem to own a bike for more than 1 year before cash flow forces me to sell!!
Must hold on to current bike at all cost
there's all those exes floating round in the ether.....wondering err what did I do wrong, found new homes, maybe pampered by caring owners, restore to original, maybe tied up in a corner like a robbers dog, beaten, abused, looking around at the unfamiliar surroundings where's the WD40, the oily rag left lying on the bench.......lonely, dark, oooooohhh scarred...new life.....new schemes.....new nuts....who knows......
Never seem to see em again though.....

hope the new owner loves it as much as you did!.
I'm in deep already, the 1000 mile ride to work this week will seal the partnership. Max I'm looking forward to the next instalment on your bikes progress...
