The Sideblog was 4 years old - yesterday! duh missed our own birthday. Championing zeroes and heroes past present and future. Thanks for riding with us. BPphoto by Dan Mahony taken at San Jose Mile 1974. Roger Crump #4, Gene Romero #3, Bob Sanders #5
Brings back memories of my first encounter with Gary, trying to preach the Sideburn gospel to a disinterested public at a windswept World of Wheels, must have been at least four years ago.
Who'd have thought that in four short years Sideburn would have global superstars at its beck and call, have a house band and be the envy of fashionable hipsters all over the globe? Oh, and build some cracking bikes along the way.
THIS IS THE BLOG OF SIDEBURN MAGAZINE. IF YOU LIKE IT, MAYBE YOU SHOULD BUY A COPY.
Sideburn is a magazine made every few months by Gary Inman, Ben Part and some of the best freelancers in motorcycling. It's a dirty bike lifestyle magazine inspired by oval motorcycle racing, and covers flat track racing, speedway and the road bikes loosely inspired by the racers plus the heroes and zeroes we love.

Congrats on your 4th birthday and another superb issue – I just received mine this morning.
Happy belated birthday! There was a cake, but I ate it. Here's to another 4 (and more)
