Spool hubs


Anyone building a vintage tracker? Flying Choppers, Finland might have the hub for you - the one on the left.. This is what they say...

The hubs are made of extra strong aluminium for a 3/4" axel.

(Soon we will also offer matching narrow 1,60 / 19" and 21" wheels with the
hubs. Radial spoke pattern and "stock style" cross patterns will be
available.)
- Three models: Ball, Hollow and Tuck'n'Roll
- Made of extra strong aluminium
- For 40 or 36 spoke
- For 3/4" axel
- Price: Ball, Hollow or Tuck'n'roll 290 € / piece.

thats a cool price for these...tho have no idea about this special part as such as am not building a vintage tracker anyway...

Purpose built Dirttrack spool from Cheneys in the States 125 bucks. Thats about£83.290 Euros is approx£245 postage needed on either. As our American friends would say"Do the math"

I use the Talon sidecar hub in the front. It's small, light & cheap. It comes in any color you want and they install different bearings to accomodate your spindle size. ask Val Smith
