I probably shouldn't know this off the top of my head, but it is insinuating she has been robbed from an Elvgren pic where she was holding a paintbrush.
Not that I mean they have theived the image of course - just that originally she wasn't sitting on an Enfield. I am sure she is much happier now.
She is of course demonstrating that the RE drum brake with bacon-slicers provide superior stopping ability requiring only two-fingers on the brake lever. At least that's what I got out of it.
