Jeremy Melling is Not maa-aaa-aaa-aaa bleating. He's out there, having fun. BP

Play Time

The English bleat about a few inches of snow, over in Vermont it's more a matter of feet - and then they go out and have fun in it. This is #38 Frank Rounds' YZ460. BP

Dunlop K-70

Never thought of desert wellies (that I used to wear when I was 6 years old) as being performance footwear. BP

Sideburn in the USA

Sideburn is spreading like a pox all over the USA.
Walk into virtually any shop in the greater LA area and you'll find it (if they haven't sold out).

Auto and Aero Books in Burbank.
Glory on Hollywood Blvd.
Secret Service in Downtown LA. They also stock Deus Ex Machina stuff.
Garage Company soon to be in Inglewood

And, for mail order, don't forget the weirdos Lowbrow Customs.

If you'd like to stock Sideburn email us: dirt at sideburnmagazine.com. GI

Scarry Dream

This reoccurring child-hood dream of a chopper with a purple fringed awning suddenly came to life this evening. I was reading to my kids from my favorite bedtime book I unearthed in my old bedroom at my Mum's house; Richard Scarry 'Cars And Trucks And Things That Go' (1974). There it was, as mad as any Bosozoku bike that made the trip into reality. And I wondered if my own kids would start their own animal bike gang in their tiny minds instead of counting sheep? BP

New Lewis Leathers store

Seen on the Mode By Rockers blog (that I'm pretty sure is Hiroyuki, Lewis's pattern cutter's blog). I want to call by next time I'm in London.

Lewis Leathers Ltd

Fitzrovia,
London

They're making these good-looking Eric Morecambe-style Lewis Leather Effector glasses too, that I saw on Mark's Eley Kishimoto blog.
