Where do you get a warmup lap and a race from?

Racers get:
Practice x 4 laps
Two heats x 4 laps
Final (if they qualify) x 4 laps
Free camping
Racers goody bag (worth over $40)
And the race is on a NATIONAL AMA GNC dirt track, not a backyard short track.
