In answer to your question Mick, I imagine that: i) his fillings fell out, ii) he developed permanent double vision, iv) he regretted saying that pneumatic tyres were for shandypants, and iii) he discovered that getting the bike to stop broadsiding was now a bigger problem than the previous issue of broadsiding too slowly.
