Shayna wins Springfield

22-year-old Shayna Texter won both 12-lap races at Springfield in the new Basic Twins class. This is the big bike support race for non-National number riders, who used to be limited to 450s in the Pro Single class.

The AMA says this 'The new class, titled Basic Twins, will provide a stepping stone for Pro licensed riders, allowing them to showcase their talents on twin-cylinder machines as they make the transition to the Grand National Championship.'

Anyway, Shayna flew. More from Springfield soon. G
Thanks to Dan for the link.
